Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA (Indirect/Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml Detects recombinant human IFNg at 0.2-0.4ng/well using 100ul/well.
	Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detects recombinant human IFNg at 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
	Neutralization: 0.04-0.06ng/ml will yield one-half maximal inhibition of the biological activity of hIFNg (50ng/ml).
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher..
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C Reconstitute with 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
