Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: (as detection antibody) Should be diluted just prior to use to a concentration of 0.4-1ug/ml. Dilutions should be made in buffered solution containing a carrier protein, such as 0.1-1.0% BSA. A preservative, such as 0.1% sodium azide, may also be added.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma	BALB/c splenocytes were fused with cells of the NSO cell line.
	Storage and Stability:
	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
