| Murine Interferon-inducible T cell alpha chemoattractant (I-TAC) is a novel non-ELR CXC chemokine. Murine I-TAC is regulated by interferon and has potent chemoattractant activity for IL-2 activated T cells, but not for freshly isolated unstimulated T cells, neutrophils, or monocytes. Recombinant Murine I-TAC is a 9kD protein containing 79 amino acid residues. | | | Catalog # | I7662-19C | | Source | E.coli | | Form | Sterile filtered and lyophilized without additives. | | Stability | Lyophilized protein, though stable at room temperature, is best stored desiccated below 0°C. Reconstituted I-TAC should be stored in working aliquots at-20°C. | | Purity | 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysis. | | Endotoxin | 0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug) | | Reconstitution | Lyophilized human I-TAC is soluble in water and most aqueous buffers and can be reconstituted in water to a concentration of 0.1–1.0mg/ml. This solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored frozen for future use. | | Biological Activity | Determined by its ability to chemoattract murine CXCR3 transfected HEK/293 cells using a concentration range of 10-100ng/ml. | | AA Sequence | FLMFKQGRCL CIGPGMKAVK MAEIEKASVI YPSNGCDKVE VIVTMKAHKR QRCLDPRSKQ ARLIMQAIEK KNFLRKQNM | | Country of Origin | USA | | Molecular Weight | 9.0kD | | Source | Human | | | Important Note | This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological. |
