Interferon-inducible T cell alpha chemoattractant (I-TAC), also known as CXCL11, is a 9.0kD chemokine, which is expressed in multiple tissues during endoxemia, with strongest expression in lung, heart, small intestine and kidney.

I-TAC is regulated by interferon and is a potent chemotactic chemoattractant for IL-2 activated T-cells. It has no chemotactic effect on freshly isolated unstimulated T-cells, neutrophils or monocytes.

Recommended DilutionOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 20ul sterile dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
