Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified B
Interferon regulatory factor 8, (IRF8) also known as Interferon consensus sequence-binding protein (ICSBP). It is part of a transcriptional network that governs B cell lineage specification, commitment and differentiation. It is expressed in T cells, B cells and macrophages. Macrophage, dendritic and B cell development is impaired in IRF deficient mice. IRF8 appears to play a negative regulatory role in IFN induction of genes in most cases.
