Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Neutralization.
Recommeded Dilution	Neutralization: 1-2ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of 20ng/ml hIL-1a
	ELISA(direct): 0.5ug/ml (using 100ul/well antibody solution) allows the detection of of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hIL-1a.
	Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml detects 1.5-3ng recombinant hIL-1a per lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. .
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
