Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutraliztion. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Elisa (Indirect, Sandwich): 0.5-2.0ug/ml. Detects 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant rat IL-1-beta. (using 100ul/well antibody solution).
	Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detects recombinant rat IL-1-beta at 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
	Neutralization: 0.09-0.14ug/ml. Yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of rat IL-1-beta (0.2ng/ml).
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
	Storage and Stability:
	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
