Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA and Neutralizeation of IL-1b activity. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 2-4ug/ml as a capture antibody
	Neutralization: ~1-2ug/ml will neutralize 50% of the bioactivity of 50pg/ml of recombinant mouse Interleukin 1 beta in the presence of 5x10e4 cells/ml.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
