| Interleukin-1 receptor II (IL-1 RII), also known as CD121b, is an immunoglobulin superfamily receptor that binds the pleiotropic cytokines IL-1a and IL-1b. It acts as an IL-1 antagonist because it has a short cytoplasmic domain and does not transduce IL-1 signals.
