| Interleukin-35 is a member of the IL-12 cytokine family and exists as a dimeric protein composed of IL-12 p35 and IL-27EIB chains. The heterodimer has been reported to be an anti-inflammatory cytokine supressing the immune response through the expansion of regulatory T cells and suppression of Th17 cell development. | | | Catalog # | I7663-99 | | Source | Recombinant corresponding to aa21-229 from IL35EIB subunit coding sequence, fused to 6x His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot as a control.
