| Interleukin-10 is produced by a population of T cells. It has a wide range of biological properties, including inhibition of macrophage and T helper cell mediated cytokine synthesis suppression of the delayed hypersensivity response. Reports suggest that IL-10 may initially be involved in the polarization the Th2 responses. | | | Catalog # | I8432-13F | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | ELISA: 0.5ug/ml | | Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml | | Neutralization: 0.012-0.014ug/ml to yield one half maximal inhibition (ND50). | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Recommended Secondary Reagents | Sheep anti Rabbit IgG: HRP | | Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
