Applications	Suitable for use in Flow cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
	Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. We recommend the use of Leucoperm for this purpose
	Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Hybridoma	Spleen cells from immunized rats were fused with cells of the mouse P3.X63 Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4ºC. Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
