Porcine interleukin-15 (IL-15) is produced principally by T cells. IL-15 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which acts mainly on T cells. ED 50 range 0.1-0.5ng/ml, as determined by the dose dependent proliferation of mouse CTLL-2 cells.

Recommended DilutionsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile PBS. Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
