| Recombinant mouse IL-17 is a homodimeric, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing a total of 266aa and having a molecular weight of 29.9kD. The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined to be Ala-Ala-Ile-Ile-Pro.
