| IL-17R, also known as IL-17RA, is a widely expressed 120kD glycosylated type I protein that plays a central role in inflammatory responses. IL-17R associates with IL-17RC to form a signaling receptor complex for IL-17 and IL-17F. IL-17R ligation promotes T cell activation and the production of IL-6, G-CSF, SCF, and multiple proinflammatory chemokines. Within the ECD, human IL-17R shares 72% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat IL-17R. | | | Catalog # | I8439-36 | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | ELISA: 1:8000 | | Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml detects an ~10kDa band observed in Rat Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 96.1kDa according to Mouse NP_032385.1 and of 97.9kDa according to Rat NP_001101353.2). | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
