Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Goat Affinity Purified E B
IL-17R, also known as IL-17RA, is a widely expressed 120kD glycosylated type I protein that plays a central role in inflammatory responses. IL-17R associates with IL-17RC to form a signaling receptor complex for IL-17 and IL-17F. IL-17R ligation promotes T cell activation and the production of IL-6, G-CSF, SCF, and multiple proinflammatory chemokines. Within the ECD, human IL-17R shares 72% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat IL-17R.
