| Interleukin-19 is also known as melanoma differentiation associated like protein. Human IL-19 has a 21% amino acid identity with IL-10. Recombinant Human IL-19 is a 17.9kD protein consisting of 154 amino acid residues. | | | Catalog # | I8441 | | Source | E.coli | | Form | The sterile filtered solution was lyophilized from 10mM NaCitrate, pH 5.0 | | Stability | Lyophilized protein is stable for a few weeks at room temperature, but best stored at -20°C. Reconstituted human IL-19 should be stored in working aliquots at -20°C. | | Purity | 99% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses. | | Endotoxin | 0.1 ng/ug (1EU/ug). | | Reconstitution | We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution in 10nM NaCitrate pH 3.0 to a concentration of 0.1-1mg/ml. It is recommended that further dilutions be made into buffer containing carrier protein or medium containing serum. This solution can then be stored at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for future use. | | Biological Activity | No data available at this time. | | AA Sequence | MLRRCLISTD MHHIEESFQE IKRAIQAKDT FPNVTILSTL ETLQIIKPLD VCCVTKNLLA FYVDRVFKDH QEPNPKILRK ISSIANSFLY MQKTLRQCQE QRQCHCRQEA TNATRVIHDN YDQLEVHAAA IKSLGELDVF LAWINKNHEV MSSA | | Molecular Weight | 17.9kD | | Source | Murine | | | Important Note | This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological. |
