| Recently, a new heterodimeric cytokine termed IL-27 that consists of EBI3 (Epstein-Barr virus-induced gene 3), an IL-12p40-related protein, and p28, a newly discovered IL-12p35-related polypeptide has been discovered0. IL-27 is involved in early Th1 initiation. Its action is mediated through the orphan cytokine receptor WSX-1/TCCR and gp130. IL-27 may also play a role in the induction of T-bet expression and regulation of Ig class switching in B cells. | | | Catalog # | I8443-75L | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot.
