| Recombinant human IP-10 (CXCL10) is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide containing 77aa and having a molecular weight of ~8.5kD. Stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile deionized water to a concentration 100ug/ml. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
