| IP-10 is a CXC chemokine that signals through the CXCR3 receptor. Selectively chemoattracts Th1 lymphocytes and monocytes and inhibits cytokine stimulated hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. IP-10 is an 8.5kD protein containing 77aa residues, including the four conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines. | | | Catalog # | I8449-10A | | Endotoxin | 0.1ng/ug | | Biological Activity | Determined by its ability to chemoattract IL-2 activated T cells using a concentration range of 0.1–10.0ng/ml | | Reconstitution | Soluble in dH2O and most aqueous buffers. The lyophilized protein should be reconstituted in dH2O to 0.1-1.0mg/ml. This solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffered solutions or stored at -20°C for future use. | | AA Sequence | IPLARTVRCN CIHIDDGPVR MRAIGKLEII PASLSCPRVE IIATMKKNDE QRCLNPESKT IKNLMKAFSQ KRSKRAP | | Country of Origin | USA | | Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
