Specifications

IP-10 is a CXC chemokine that signals through the CXCR3 receptor. Selectively chemoattracts Th1 lymphocytes and monocytes and inhibits cytokine stimulated hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. IP-10 is an 8.5kD protein containing 77aa residues, including the four conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines.

Reconstitution	Soluble in dH2O and most aqueous buffers. The lyophilized protein should be reconstituted in dH2O to 0.1-1.0mg/ml. This solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffered solutions or stored at -20°C for future use.
