ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionsELISA: 1:8000.
Western Blot: Approx 100-120kD band seen in HepG2 lysate. Recommended for use at 0.2-1ug/ml (Predicted MW approx 92kD according to NP_005753).
Immunohistochemistry: 0.1ug/ml. Successfully used in IHC assays on human gastric cancer surgical specimens: Yokoe et al, Ann Surg Oncol. 2009 Nov 7. [Epub ahead of print]. (PMID: 19898899.)
Immunofluorescence: Successfully used in on mouse embryo at the late zygote stage, 5ug/ml (personal communication).
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
