Applications	Suitable for use in Flow cytometry (shows a good conformity with other well-known kappa antibodies) and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections).
	Note: For IHC protease digestion with pronase or pepsin is optional. The polyclonal antibody has an excellent staining pattern on routinely processed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. After prolonged fixation, the reactivity of the antibody can be further improved by pronase pretreatment of the tissue.
Recommended Dilution	Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100; Incubation Time 1 hr at RT.
Antigen Localization	Membrane, cytoplasm, extracellular.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
