| Useful in the identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas and certain non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. The most common feature of these malignancies is the restricted expression of a single light chain class. Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid infiltrates indicates that the infiltrate is clonal and therefore malignant. Immunoglobulin bearing Kappa light chains are present on about 60% of normal B lymphocytes. | | | Catalog # | K0090-20 | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections, proteolytic treatment with trypsin required). | | Recommended Dilution | Immunohistochemistry: 1:5-1:10; Incubation Time 1 hr at room temperature. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
