Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Immunohistochemistry (Froze, paraffin): 1:5-1:10 using the indirect method. Fixation with acetone for 10 seconds at -20°C for frozen sections is recommended. Paraffin material should be fixed with neutral formalin. For such tissue sections proteolytic pretreatment with trypsin or pronase is recommended. Embedding and formalin fixation may give antigen denaturation or masking.
