Fix with 4% formalin or with Bouin solution. Pretreat with 0.1% pronase, 0.1% trypsin in PBS or with 0.5% pepsin in 0.01N HCl. | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
