ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): In frozens section, reacts strongly with all simple epithelia. In paraffin embedded tissues, reacts weakly on methacarn or modified formalin fixed material. Formalin fixative is not advised. A protease pretreatment of the deparaffinized sections is advised.
Immunocytochemistry: Strongly reacts with epithelial cells
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
