Applications: Immunofluorescence, Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry (frozen & formalin/paraffin). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires digestion with Protease XXV at 1mg/ml PBS for 5 minutes at 37°C or digestion of tissue sections with pepsin at 1mg/ml in Tris-HCl, pH 2.0 for 15 min at RT or 10 min at 37°C.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blotting: 1ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry: 1-2ug/ml
