| CD314 specifically interacts with different stress-inducible molecules (i.e. MICA, MICB, ULBP) displayed by some tumor and virus-infected cells. Ligation of these molecules to CD314 results in the binding of the CD314 specific adaptor DAP10, which in turn activates phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K), leading to granule release and cytotoxicity. | | | Catalog # | K1893-28D | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | ELISA: 1:32000 | | Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Polyclonal | | Isotype | IgG | | Host | Goat | | Source | Human | | Concentration | ~0.5mg/ml | | Form | Supplied as a liquid in tris-saline, pH 7.3, 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA. | | Purity | Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography. | | Immunogen | Synthetic peptide, C-KVYSKEDQDLLK, corresponding to the internal region of CD314 (NP_031386.1). | | Specificity | Recognizes human CD314.
