| Killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily K, member 1 (KLRK1) is a C-type lectin-like activating receptor which is expressed on most natural killer (NK) cells, CD8 T cells and gamma delta T cells. KLRK1 forms homodimers that signal through an associated DAP10 adaptor protein. Ligands of KLRK1 include MICA, MICB and UL16 binding protein (ULBP), which are inducibly expressed. Ligand binding to KLRK1 results in NK cell activation and potent costimulation of effector T cells. | | | Catalog # | K1893-28E4 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Monoclonal | | Isotype | IgG1 | | Clone No | 10B1392 | | Host | Mouse | | Source | Human | | Concentration | ~0.1mg/ml | | Form | Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide.
