| CD314, also known as natural killer receptor G2 (NKG2D) and killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily K, member 1 (KLRK1). It is expressed on the surface of natural killer cells, CD8+ T cells and a subset of potentially autoreactive CD4+ T cells. CD314 acts as a receptor for members of the Retinoic acid early-inducible protein 1 family, histocompatibility antigen 60, MULT1, MICA and MICB. All ligands have almost undetectable expression in normal tissue but expression can be induced by various forms of cell stress, such as heat shock or inflammation. Ligands are also expressed on tumor cells. Signal transduction via CD314 is mediated through DAP10 and DAP12. | | | Catalog # | K1893-28G | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
