Control AntigenK9001-50A Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 100ul of PBS, pH 7.4.
Western Blot Positive Control: 20ng per minigel lane.
Western Blot Negative Control: Preincubate 3ug of fusion protein
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C for short-term only. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer plus carrier protein (1% BSA).
