Laminin is a major component of basement membranes and stimulates neurite outgrowth, promotes cell attachment, chemotaxis and cell differentation. Promotes the adhesion and growth of human carcinoma and sarcoma cells, human retinoblastoma cells, liver cells, mouse neuroblastoma cells, mouse embryonal carcinoma cells, and seems to be involved in the development of embryonal tissue.

Applications	Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Radioimmunoassay, ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:500. Use Immunoperoxidase technique on fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse tissues (skin, liver)
	ELISA: 1:200 (OD 500)
	Immunofluorescence: 1:80 (Frozen mouse skin and liver tissues).
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
