For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Immunogen	Full length human laminin. Immunization occurred after single-band purity was assessed by SDS-PAGE.
Specificity	Recognizes most mammalian laminins and has negligible crossreactivity with Type I, II, III, IV, V or VI collagens or fibronectin. Non-specific crossreaction of anti-laminin antibodies with other human serum proteins or non-laminin extracellular matrix proteins is negligible. Typically less than 1% crossreactivity against other extracellular matrix proteins was detected by ELISA against purified standards.
