Lgi4 encodes a secreted and 2/1/11-NEM- Changed price 121.50/186.60/567glycosylated leucine-rich repeat protein and is expressed in Schwann cells. Loss of Lgi4 function identifies Lgi4 as a new component of Schwann cell signaling pathway(s) that controls axon segregation and myelin formation.
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.

Immunofluorescence: 1:100
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin, Cryosections of the cerebellum): 1:100

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
