Lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC chemokine (LIX), a 9.9kD protein, is a murine neutrophil-chemoattractant CXC chemokine.

Biological Activity1. Determined by its ability to chemoattract human neutrophils using a concentration range of 10-100ng/ml.
2. Determined by its ability to chemoattract Murine lymphocytes using a concentration range of 10-100ng/ml.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
