| Cell preparations of hepatocellular carcinoma biopsies and cell lines are found to bind EP-1 on the cell surface. Monoclonal antibody EP-1 stains liver canaliculi in normal liver sections and is positive on the cell surface of human liver carcinomas. Monoclonal antibodies to liver cell processes are useful in the identification of hepatic carcinomas and normal organ structures. Two monoclonal antibodies to different liver substructures are offered which bind to subsets of hepatic carcinomas. | | | Catalog # | L3150-03B | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry.
