| MIP-3 beta is a CC chemokine that is expressed in the thymus, lymph nodes and in activated bone marrow stromal cells and signals through the CCR7 receptor. MIP-3 beta is a chemoattractant for T and B lymphocytes and myeloid progenitor cells. Human MIP-3 beta is active on murine cells. Recombinant human MIP-3 beta is an 8.8kD protein containing 77aa residues, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines. | | | Catalog # | M1202-65A | | Source | | | E. coli | | Molecular Weight | ~8.8kD | | Biological Activity | Calculated by the ability to chemoattract human T cells using a concentration of 10-50ng/ml. | | Endotoxin | 0.1ng/ug | | Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
