SourceRecombinant corresponding to 69aa from human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 4 expressed in E. coli.
Molecular Weight~7.8kD
Biological ActivityDetermined by measuring its ability to chemoattract human T-lymphocytes. A concentration range of 1-100ng/ml is found to produce significant chemotaxis. MIP-4, also known as PARC (Pulmonary and Activation-Regulated Chemokine) and SCY A18, is a member of the b chemokine (C-C) family. MIP-4 is a chemoattractant for T-lymphocytes, but not for monocytes and granulocytes.
Endotoxin 0.1ng/ug
