Recombinant human MIP-5 is a 10.1kDa protein containing 92 amino acid residues. | | Source | E.coli | | Form | The sterile filtered solution was lyophilized with no additives. | | Stability | The lyophilized protein is stable for a few weeks at room temperature, but best stored -20°C. Reconstituted MIP-5 should be stored in working aliquots at -20°C. | | Purity | 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. | | Endotoxin | 0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug). | | Reconstitution | We recommend a quick spin followed by reconsitution in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.
