Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Supernatant IH
Tryptase is one of several chemical mediators found in mast cells and it may function as a mediator of inflammation. This antibody will be a useful marker of mast cells and mast cell tryptase as it offers an advantage over traditional histological methods that require special fixatives to preserve the tryptase- containing granules.
