Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

ImmunogenA 32 amino acid synthetic peptide, which represented a portion of human Minichromosome Maintenance Deficient 7 encoded in part by exons 8 and 9 (LocusLink ID 4176).
SpecificitySpecific for human MCM7. Other species have not been tested. Reactivity with mouse is likely owing to 25/32 identical residues between mouse MCM7 and the peptide used for this production.
