Human MHC Class I (HLA-A, B & C) molecules are expressed on nearly all nucleated cells. MHC Class I molecules consist of heterodimers of a highly polymorphic transmembrane chain and an invariant chain. MHC Class I molecules bind to endogenously synthesized peptides of about 8-10aa which are presented to CD8+ T cells. Recent evidence now indicates exogenously derived peptides are also presented by MHC Class I molecules.

Recommended Dilution	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
