Concentration~0.1mg/ml
FormSupplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
PurityPurified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
ImmunogenPurified H-2Kb and H-2Db MHC-I molecules.
SpecificityRecognizes a monomorphic epitope on the mouse MHC class I antigen. The epitope recognized is conformation dependent and is reported to be phylogenetically conserved. Reactivity has been observed with some canine samples suggesting that this antibody may recognise a polymorphic epitope of canine MHC class 1. Species Crossreactivity: rat, guinea pig, sheep, bovine, porcine, human and hamster.
