Recommended DilutionFlow Cytometry (rat splenocytes): 1:50-1:100, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Immunohistochemistry (frozen): Acetone fixation recommended, the antigen is sensitive to fixation with paraformaldehyde.
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

HybridomaSpleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
