| Catalog # | M3885-49H |
| Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. |
| Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry (rat splenocytes): 1:50-1:100, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. |
| Immunohistochemistry (frozen): Acetone fixation recommended, the antigen is sensitive to fixation with paraformaldehyde. |
| Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. |
| Recommended Secondary Reagents | Goat anti-mouse IgG: FITC (rat absorbed), IgG Goat anti mouse IgG: RPE (rat adsorbed) |
| Recommended Negative Controls | Mouse IgG1 Negative Control |
| Hybridoma | Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cell line. |
| Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
