ApplicationsSuitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Immunoprecipitation. Not suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry paraffin sections. Other applications have not been tested.
Note Acetone fixation is recommended for IHC. The antigen is sensitive to fixation with paraformaldehyde.
Recommended DilutionFlow Cytometry: 1:25-1:50. Use 20ul of the optimal dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
