| This antibody reacts with the H-2Dk MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2Dk haplotype. H-2Dk is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. This antibody weakly cross-reacts with H-2Kd and with cells from mice of the H-2f haplotype. Reactivity with other haplotypes (e.g., a,b,p,q,r,s) has not been reported. | | | Catalog # | M3885-60K | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Monoclonal | | Isotype | IgG2a,k | | Host | Mouse | | Source | Mouse | | Concentration | ~0.5mg/ml | | Form | Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide. | | Purity | Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography. | | Immunogen | C3H mouse splenocytes | | Specificity | Recognizes H-2Dk MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2Dk haplotype. Weakly cross-reacts with H-2Kd and with cells from mice of the H-2f haplotype. Does not cross react with other haplotypes (e.g., a, b, p, q, r, s). | | | Important Note | This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications without the expressed written authorization of United States Biological. |
