| Recognizes a3 domain of H-2Dd MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2Dd haplotype. H-2Dd is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. M3886-55B cross-reacts with cells from the C3H.LG/Ckc strain.
