It is an excellent histiocytic marker in paraffin sections producing intense cytoplasmic staining. True histiocytic neoplasms are similarly positive. HLA-DR antigens also occur on a variety of epithelial cells and their corresponding neoplastic counterparts.

Applications	Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Immunohistochemistry (Frozen or paraffin): 2-4ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
