M3887-53H reacts with the I-Aq MHC class II alloantigen. These class II molecules are expressed on antigen presenting cells (including B cells) and a subset of T cells from H-2q bearing mice and are involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD4 proteins. M3887-53H crossreacts with I-As and I-Av; reactivity with other haplotypes has not been reported.

Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul volume

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
