MHC Class II molecules are heterodimers of polymorphic transmembrane a and b chains and generally bind exogenously derived peptides of about 10-17 amino acids. MHC Class II molecules interact with the T cell receptor on CD4+ T cells. |

| Flow Cytometry Protocol | 1. 5x10e5 cultured Daudi human tumor cells were incubated for 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of M3887-55A at 5ug/ml. |
| 2. Cells were washed twice and incubated with 2º reagent Goat anti-Mouse IgG/FITC. |
| 3. Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. 4. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 2.16 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1 negative control at a similar concentration. |
