ApplicationsSuitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunocytochemistry: 1:20-50 on acetone-fixed cytospin preparations.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-50 on acetone-fixed, frozen sections follwoed by incubation iwth rabbit anti-rat IgG and an APAAP complex.
Note: This antibody is unreactive on standard formaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded material.
Western Blot: 1:20-50. Use anti-rat IgG-HRP as secondary antibody.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
